What more can be said of this classic book? This copy is taken from the
publisher Bill Gaines' own files (4/12). Not surprisingly, it is the highest
graded copy. And at CGC 9.8 you can safely bet none higher will ever
appear. Certificate of Authenticity included.
NETWORK OF DISCLOSURE NOTE: In 2003, this copy was previously in an older CGC label and graded a 9.6. CGC regraded it in or around 2004 as a 9.8.
Those crazy E.C. folks printed the interior of this book intentionally
upside down! Good thing Gaines kept this second best copy around so
that it could be available 50 years later.

No doubt it is not surprising that this book is the highest graded copy
with the next coming in at CGC 9.0. Chuck Cuidera art on the outside
and Jack Cole work on the inside. Quality books
from the mid-fifties are increasingly difficult to locate in this
grade.
Though this beauty is tied with one other as the highest certified copy
in existence, the Mile High pedigree places it in a class by itself! If
you want to finally own a book from one of the most sought after
pedigrees, the prices don't go much lower than this.
A fantastic copy from Tom Reilly's collection, which unfortunately was never read by him as he died in WWII. One of the more sought after pedigrees, this book is the highest graded copy
